KPI Green Energy Ltd, a leading renewable energy solutions provider, has announced the incorporation of its new special purpose vehicle (SPV), KPIN Clean Power One LLP, to accelerate the development of renewable energy projects in India. The incorporation was officially approved by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs on August 19, 2024.
According to the company’s filing with the stock exchanges, KPI Green Energy invested ₹99,000, while its wholly owned subsidiary, KPark Sunbeat Private Limited, contributed ₹1,000 towards the LLP. The investment was made entirely in cash.
