Her leadership contributed to enhancing the organisation’s reputation, managing crisis situations, and driving data-backed advocacy campaigns to foster stronger relationships with customers and partners.

Singhvi’s career also includes senior roles such as Chief Operating Officer at PR Pundit, Deputy Managing Director at Zeno Group, and strategic communications assignments at Weber Shandwick, where she created integrated campaigns for diverse sectors, addressing brand positioning, stakeholder relations, and corporate purpose.
