Saatvik Green Energy Limited (“Saatvik”), one of India’s leading integrated solar-energy solutions providers, announced that its material subsidiary, Saatvik Solar Industries Private Limited, has received and accepted new orders worth ₹299.40 crore for the supply of solar photovoltaic (PV) modules.

The fresh orders have been placed by three reputed Independent Power Producers (IPPs) and Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) players, further strengthening Saatvik’s growing footprint in India’s rapidly expanding solar market.

These are repeat orders, highlighting sustained customer trust in Saatvik’s product quality and delivery reliability. The orders are scheduled for execution between December 2025 and March 2026, aligning with the project timelines of the respective developers.

All orders have been placed by domestic clients, reaffirming confidence in Saatvik’s manufacturing capabilities, high-efficiency product portfolio, and strong supply chain performance.

Commenting on the development, Prashant Mathur, Chief Executive Officer of Saatvik Green Energy Limited, said:

“These fresh repeat orders worth nearly ₹300 crore from leading IPPs and EPCs are a strong vote of confidence in Saatvik’s quality, scale, and execution reliability. They come on the back of a robust first half of FY26, where we have significantly strengthened our manufacturing base and broadened our product portfolio. As India accelerates its renewable energy deployment, bankable partners with dependable supply chains become critical. Saatvik and its material subsidiary are firmly positioned in that space, combining high-efficiency modules, expanding capacities, and disciplined delivery to support our customers’ ambitious project timelines across the country.”

The latest win adds to Saatvik’s robust order book and underscores the company’s continued momentum in India’s renewable energy sector. It also complements Saatvik’s strategic investments in multi-location manufacturing, including its 4.8 GW solar module facility in Ambala, Haryana, and its upcoming integrated 4 GW module + 4.8 GW solar cell greenfield facility in Odisha.

These facilities are part of Saatvik’s long-term strategy to support India’s National Solar Mission and strengthen domestic manufacturing under the government’s Atmanirbhar Bharat initiative.

With this development, Saatvik Green Energy continues to solidify its position as a trusted, bankable partner in India’s solar manufacturing ecosystem, driving innovation, reliability, and sustainable energy growth.
