Pradhyumna Ingle succeeds S. Sunil Kumar, who served as Country President of Henkel India over the past five years.

Sunil Kumar will relocate to Dubai, where he will take on a broader regional leadership role overseeing strategic projects across the India, Middle East and Africa (IMEA) region. He will also continue as Director – Packaging, IMEA.

The transition forms part of Henkel’s broader leadership strategy aimed at strengthening its regional operations while supporting long-term business growth.

He added:

“I am excited to work with our talented teams across India to further strengthen our market position, expand our local innovation capabilities, and deliver sustainable growth for our customers, employees, partners, and communities.”

Henkel’s leadership announcement comes at a time when India is emerging as a preferred destination for multinational companies looking to expand manufacturing, supply chains, and research capabilities.

Government initiatives promoting industrial development, infrastructure expansion, digital transformation, and advanced manufacturing continue to attract global investments across sectors including automotive, electronics, chemicals, construction, renewable energy, and consumer products.

For Henkel, strengthening leadership in India aligns with its long-term strategy of expanding innovation capabilities, enhancing customer partnerships, and supporting sustainable industrial growth in one of the world’s fastest-growing economies.
