The latest investment comes as India’s electric mobility sector continues to witness strong momentum, driven by rising EV adoption, supportive government policies, and increasing demand for sustainable transportation across commercial and logistics segments.

Funding to Support Manufacturing and Product Expansion

According to the company, the newly raised capital will primarily be used to:

  • Expand manufacturing capacity
  • Strengthen research and development (R&D)
  • Grow its nationwide dealer and service network
  • Accelerate the launch of new electric mobility products

Omega Seiki Mobility aims to strengthen its position in India’s rapidly growing electric commercial vehicle market while enhancing customer reach across the country.

Founder Highlights Investor Confidence

Commenting on the funding, Uday Narang, Founder and Chairman of Omega Seiki Mobility, said:

“This investment reflects the confidence investors have in our vision, execution and long-term strategy.”

The company believes the fresh capital will support its next phase of growth as it scales production and expands its product portfolio.

Growing Presence in India’s EV Market

Founded in 2018, Omega Seiki Mobility develops and manufactures a range of electric mobility solutions, including:

  • Electric two-wheelers
  • Electric three-wheelers
  • Electric light commercial trucks

The company operates manufacturing facilities in Faridabad and Pune, catering to the growing demand for electric commercial vehicles across India.

Omega Seiki Mobility is also part of the Anglian Omega network, which has operations across India, the United Arab Emirates, Switzerland, Thailand, Japan, and Hong Kong, providing it with an international business presence.

Strong Financial Performance

The company reported steady financial growth during the financial year ending March 2026.

Financial Highlights (FY26)

  • Revenue: Approximately ₹333 crore
  • Profit After Tax (PAT): ₹7.3 crore
  • EBITDA Margin: 7.7%

The performance reflects growing demand for the company’s electric commercial mobility solutions and its improving operational efficiency.

Expanding Customer Portfolio

Omega Seiki Mobility has established partnerships with several leading companies across logistics, e-commerce, and FMCG sectors.

Its customer base includes:

  • Amazon
  • Flipkart
  • Zomato
  • BigBasket
  • Porter
  • Maersk
  • Nestlé

The growing adoption of electric commercial vehicles by enterprise customers continues to create new opportunities for EV manufacturers focused on fleet electrification.

India’s Commercial EV Market Continues to Grow

India’s commercial electric vehicle market has been expanding rapidly as logistics companies, fleet operators, and e-commerce businesses increasingly adopt zero-emission transportation solutions to reduce operating costs and meet sustainability goals.

Industry experts believe investments in manufacturing capacity, charging infrastructure, battery technology, and research will remain key growth drivers as EV penetration continues to increase.

With fresh funding, Omega Seiki Mobility aims to capitalize on this opportunity by expanding production, strengthening innovation, and increasing its nationwide presence.

Why It Matters

The ₹50 crore funding round will help Omega Seiki Mobility scale its manufacturing operations, introduce new EV products, and strengthen its distribution network. As India’s electric mobility ecosystem matures, investments like these are expected to support wider adoption of commercial electric vehicles and contribute to the country’s clean mobility ambitions.
